I offer individual therapy for women and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. My work is centered around helping you build a deeper, steadier relationship with yourself — especially if you've spent much of your life taking care of others, ignoring your own needs, or feeling like you're always "holding it together."

Anxiety can show up in your body, your sleep, your relationships — often in ways that feel overwhelming or confusing. In therapy, we’ll work to understand the roots of your anxiety, build regulation tools, and develop a more compassionate, grounded relationship with your inner experience.

Trauma & Complex Childhoods

You may have grown up in a chaotic, unstable, or emotionally unpredictable environment. You might not call it trauma, but your body remembers.
I work with clients who learned to survive by staying small, staying quiet, or becoming the emotional caretaker. Therapy offers a safe space to understand how those patterns formed — and how to gently shift them so you can move forward with more freedom, ease, and choice.

Life Transitions

Change — even good change — can be deeply disorienting.
Whether you’re moving, ending a relationship, changing careers, grieving a loss, or simply stepping into a new season of life, therapy can support you in navigating transitions with more clarity and self-trust. These threshold moments are often powerful opportunities for transformation.

  • I see clients in-person in Santa Barbara, and throughout California and Colorado via secure telehealth.

  • I offer private pay sessions and am currently in the process of becoming credentialed with CenCal insurance.
